Great spot right next to Lenox Mall in Buckhead with the best food of any sports bar in Atlanta and there is a cigar room attached to the back of the restaurant which we highly recommend! They also have one of the best late-night food selections and late night crowds in Buckhead. During football season this has one of the most crowded Monday night happy hours. Any time there is a big sporting event the same applies. The idea of Sneaky Sunday spawned from a set of bar stools outside, no statue yet to commemorate this monumental occasion but we are told one is on the way. Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 11:30am-2:30am Sun 12pm-2:30am

Please excuse our previous commentary for this selection. Someone from Al-Qaida hacked into our system. Hudson Grille is a great neighborhood sports bar located in Brookhaven. They have a pretty extensive menu, a nice beer selection, and a great outdoor patio area. If you are looking to stay close to the house and still catch some of the "big-game" atmosphere this is the perfect spot. Hours: Monday-Friday 11 AM-2 AM Saturday & Sunday 11 AM-MIDNIGHT

Tavern 99 is the newest sports bar and pub in Buckhead in the space of the former club Aiko. 27 beers on tap, live music, good bar food and lots of TVs headline this new hangout. Give it a shot for your evening and weekend games.

POUR YOUR OWN BEER! The latest concept by Concentrics Restaurant Group, Stats is an upscale sports bar DOWNTOWN near Philips Arena serving up tasty eats and it also provides a tap for most tables, so you can drink up all you want, as soon as you want! Sample the Seared Blue Fin Tuna, Barbecue Bacon Wrapped Shrimp & Cheddar Grits, Barbecued Candy Cane Pork Ribs, or the Blackened Grouper Tacos. The place is huge and a paradise for the city sportsfan who appreciates the finer things. If you are a fan of University of Michigan Wolverines and East Carolina University Pirates then this is the place you wanna be!

Cheyenne Grill is located in the Peachtree Battle Promenade on the lower level. A central location between Midtown and Buckhead. They have great bar food and great deals for drinks and wings. This is the place to go if you are fans of Buffalo Sabres, Michigan State University Spartans, Alabama Crimson Tide, and the University of Buffalo Bulls.

Taco Mac at Lindbergh has over 100 beers on tap and over 280 by the bottle. They have some frequent beer program, similar to an airline and hotel rewards program for alcoholics where you can earn rewards as you taste each beer on their list. Needless to say they will start calling you Norm if you finish the whole selection and provide you a super-sized mug for all of your future beers. If you are embarrassed to keep showing up to the same location there are several all over Atlanta. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 11am-2:30am Sat 11:30am-2:30am Sun 11:30am-Midnight

Dantanna's Downtown is located in the CNN Center and is the perfect place to go before and after events at Philips Arena, the Georgia Dome and the Tabernacle. Huge TVs at the large bar area and delicious steaks are the features. This place is huge so it's perfect for large tailgates for the major downtown events.

This is a very cheesy chain sports bar, but this particular Buffalo Wild Wings has a prime location across from Phipps Plaza in North Buckhead. Plenty of TVs and great wings of course. Hours: Sun.-Thu. 11 a.m.-12 a.m. Fri.-Sat. 11 a.m.-2 a.m.

Ri Ra is a large Irish Pub located in Midtown Atlanta. Fish & Chips, Guinness pints, live music, irish staff...all in a Midtown setting. That just about explains it. Open Daily: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.

This place is a typical college dive bar. It has great bar food. My favorite would be the Pizza of course! It is located near GA Tech but on Sunday it is the place to be if you are a fan of Philadelphia Eagles. They also have trivia on Tuesday nights.

A little smoke-y, a little dive-y, The Bucket Shop is a decent hang-out and a decent sports bar with a great location near Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza in Buckhead. The Bucket Shop is the official bar in Atlanta for watching the Auburn Tigers, the UNC Tar Heels (North Carolina), and the Washington Redskins. Everyday, The Bucket Shop features $3.95 drafts--Bud Light, Miller Lite, Coors Light, and Budweiser. They have a pretty decent overall beer selection and decent bar food as well. Open Mon 12am-2:30am, 11:30am-3am; Tue-Sat 11:30am-3am; Sun 12pm-12am

This is a local favorite with pool tables, air hockey, games, etc. Trivia and poker nights are popular throughout the week and free buffet during happy hour means more money for beer. It's basically a playground for sport's fans. They televise every NFL game and there are big screens throughout the place. If you are fans of Penn State Nittany Lions and Boston College Eagles. Hours of Operation: Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-3am Monday -Friday 11:00am-4am
