The St. Regis Bar is probably the nicest bar in Buckhead (and probably in Atlanta overall), and the scene recently has matched the quality of the bar itself. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wear your sharpest threads if you plan on partying at the St. Regis Bar or risk looking like a chump. Sneaky Sunday management has been seen lounging at the St. Regis Bar recently, quite regularly. Classy lounge environment in the heart of Buckhead, Whiskey Blue is located on the top floor of the new W Hotel in Buckhead. Two outdoor patios with table service and several indoor table service areas provide the loungey feel. The place is usually crawling with dudes in suits and morally casual girls in cocktail attire. The servers are all smoking hot girls dressed in all black. Bring your AMEX because the drinks are pricey. Open nightly 4PM-2AM.

The Ritz bar in Buckhead is always an interesting choice and a popular destination for all age groups. It's like a bar stew- throw in a sprinkle of the younger crowd, mix in a few businessmen in suits, a spice of "professionals", and sevearl pinches of cougars. There is a very good chance you will run into a celebrity or two but more importantly you will have a story the next morning.

It's perfectly located in Midtown so it's a great spot to grab a few drinks before heading out in the area. It's also a good spot to impress a date or talk business with one of your co-workers.

The Glenn Hotel is located in downtown Atlanta at the intersection of Marietta and Spring Street. It's a great downtown boutique hotel with plenty of amenities and a great new restaurant called 30 Tables. But it doesn't stop there...you will love the new rooftop bar called 11 Stories featuring amazing views of the Atlanta skyline. When the weather is nice outside this place is hard to beat and their Wednesday nights are great at the moment.

If cognac is your thing then "XO" bar is your place. They offer 60 different cognacs and plenty of other top shelf liquor drinks. It's a very open area with plenty of people watching and the occassional celebrity siting. The outdoor terrace puts you right on Peachtree road and is a great spot when the weather is nice.

The Mansion is the newest luxury hotel in Atlanta and they have covered all the bases to ensure a great stay, including a nice hotel bar. It's a little smaller and more intimate than some of the other selections in this category but what it lacks in size it makes up in class and style.
