The Nob Hill location is enough to get it on the list, and the food – well, you won’t find better Mediterranean unless you take a cruise to the islands! Somebody in your party order the saganaki and share! Also would recommend the chicken souvlaki, the vegetarian moussaka and the lamb shank braised in red wine. Any choices in the fresh seafood or steak/chop entrees will be incredible as well. The décor is an oceanly blue and white, creating a subtly quiet vibe, could easily cozy up to a sneaky someone for the night here! Great bar selection from wine to beer and top shelf makings for any type of cocktail you desire. Music next door in the adjoining Opa Bar. Hours – Mon-Thurs 11am-945pm Fri-Sat 11am-10:45pm Sun noon-8:30pm

Ok, sometimes being sneaky also means being patient – and that is a must at the Olympia Café. Located across the street from the UNM campus, this place is rockin’ busy every minute that they are open for service! Another little drawback is that they take about a month off each summer to go back home to Greece! Can’t blame them, eh? So when they’re back and cooking in Albuquerque eat here as often as you can – the gyros, baklava, spanakopita, authentic homestyle Greek soups, pita made on premises – you’re in Greek food heaven - a loud, crazy crowded heaven though – order at the counter and they’ll call your number! Not a place to linger, just be ready to eat and get on with your sneaky times. Hours- Daily 11am-10pm

Vietnamese is popular with local Albuquerque residents and Sneaky Sunday thinks that the May Café is the place to eat if you’re into this ethnic food! Appetizers such as skewered pork or beef, spicy of course, or wonderfully fresh spring and egg rolls are great options. Entrée’s like their noodle soup bowl, your pick of vegetables and proteins, vegetarian meals abound, or how about catfish in a clay pot? Any of the meals that are served in a bowl seem bottomless! Make certain to try a Vietnamese iced coffee here – just the sneakiest coffee treat ever! Hours – Mon-Sat 10am-9pm

According to Sneaky Sunday, if you enjoy authentic Indian cuisine this is the place to get it in Albuquerque! The lunch buffet is a great way to introduce your sneaky friends to this ethnic food if they’re unfamiliar – it’s more casual also – so it will fit easily into a day filled up with other endeavors! Dinner is off the menu only, with the sleek, chic atmosphere and extremely courteous waitstaff at your service! The tandoori baked naan is the Indian version of a Mexican tortilla. Warm, flaky – dipped in chutneys – which are the Indian equivalent of salsa - mmm – almost could fill up on these alone! The traditional clay oven, or tandoor is used to bake many of the dishes offered, incorporating chicken, fish and lamb along with exotic spices, heated to around 500 degrees, the meats take on a seriously outrageous taste! If you are into spicy curry dishes, try the lamb vindaloo!
